How do I start a search?
The left-side panel of the
“Search for Presentations” window allows you to search
through sessions and presentations. You can enter a specific keyword or
set of keywords, select a date or date range, or choose a track. After
selecting your search criteria, click on the “Search”
button to launch your search.
What do I do with the results?
From the search results window, click
on a session name to open the Session Information box and view all
details about sessions and presentations. You can review the search
results and add either full sessions or individual presentations to
your personal itinerary.
What if I did not find the results I
was looking for?
Click on the Modify Search link in the left panel
named 'Your search criteria' to popup a window that will allow you to
refine your query.
How do I add sessions and/or
presentations to My Itinerary?
The search results page allows you to
add sessions or presentations to your itinerary.
To add a session, click the “Add session” button next to
the session title.
From within the Session Information box, individual presentations for
certain sessions can be added to your itinerary by clicking
on “Add presentation" button next to the presentation.
How do I remove a Session/Presentation
from My Itinerary?
You can remove a session or
presentation from either the Session Information box or the “My
Itinerary” page. The button you use to add a session/presentation
has the label “Remove” instead of “Add.” Click
on the same button to remove a session/presentation.
What is the difference between the
list and calendar view mode in My Itinerary?
The list view mode contains the same
information as the search results page. The list is ordered by date and
time and contains an option that allows you to add notes to each
presentation. From this view, you can also remove any presentation or
session from your itinerary.
The calendar view mode shows a view of your presentation organized by
date. In this view, only a short description and the time are available
for each presentation. The print button will print the view from list
mode as you see it on-screen.
Why log in?
You must be logged in to create and
save an itinerary for later use. You can create an account
easily clicking on the "Create a new account" link in the Login
box.
